In our program, we usually accompany you through the fasting period for 7 days – including the preparation and build-up phases. However, if desired, the accompaniment can also last several weeks or months.
Preparation is crucial for successful fasting. We help you adjust your diet and daily routine so that you can get off to the best possible start, both physically and mentally.

Since we offer a premium service with intensive, personalized support, the costs vary depending on the length and intensity of the program. During the free initial consultation, you will find out which package suits you best.
Not necessarily—many of our customers fast while continuing with their everyday lives. However, we recommend allowing sufficient time for rest and regeneration, at least during the first few days.
Light exercise is usually possible and can sometimes even be very beneficial. However, whether and how much exercise is appropriate for you depends on your individual condition and will be monitored by us during the process.
The build-up phase is just as important as the fasting itself. We support you in returning to mindful eating and developing strategies for a healthy everyday life.
